Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR SUBMISSION TO SALES PRESENTATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: The Massage Envy Late Summer Facebook Sweepstakes, the (“Promotion”) is open to legal Texas residents of the DFW metro area who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees, officers and directors of Massage Envy and Massage Envy Clinics (“Sponsor”), The Barber Shop Marketing (“Administrator”), MarketNet and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotional materials or prizes for this Promotion, and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO PLAY: You will automatically be entered to win when you become a fan of Massage Envy DFW on Facebook between Monday, July 27, 2009, at 12 am Central Daylight Time (CDT) and Friday, August 21, 2009, at 2:59 p.m. CDT (“Entry Period”).  Anyone who has become a fan prior to the beginning of the contest will also be eligible.  

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: 
A total of three (3) weekly prize winners (see prize description below) will be selected from all eligible entries submitted in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator each Friday at 3 p.m. beginning July 31 through August 21, 2009. One entry from Facebook fans will be selected. All non-winning entries will roll over to the next week’s drawing.
The potential winners will be contacted with a private message. All potential winners must claim their prize following the instructions in their message within one week of the notification or the prize will be forfeit. Potential winners must present the prize code that they receive in their digital notification. Prize codes are only valid for one use. Winners will be required to pick up their prize within 7 days at the Administrator’s office in Dallas or forfeit their prize. Limit one prize per household.

*One-hour massage session consists of a 50-minute massage and time for consultation and dressing.

Total ARV of all prizes:   $195

All prize details not specified herein shall be at Administrator’s sole discretion.  No prize substitutions, transfers or cash alternatives permitted, except Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.  All decisions of the Administrator are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize winners are solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prizes not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, the following:(i) income, federal, state or local taxes (ii) gratuities (iii) any additional expenses not described herein as being awarded.

The prizes will be awarded if properly claimed. 

CONDITIONS:  Sponsor and Administrator and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the prize providers, are not responsible for: printing or other errors; mechanical errors; inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, late, lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged entries; or any delays in delivery of prize; or bodily injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind, without limitation, that may arise from or in connection with entrants’ participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the prizes, or participation in prize-related activities.  Administrator reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify: any entries submitted fraudulently, the entries of any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any entrant who otherwise violates the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Administrator reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. By accepting any prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor and its designees may use his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, prize information and/or statements about this sweepstakes for advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide at the discretion of the Sponsor without limitation, further compensation or notice.
